Katerina Stini is a dynamic professional specializing in strategic management, marketing, and communications, dedicated to creating innovative event experiences. As the Co-Owner and General Director of Eventure, she combines scientific expertise, business strategy, and creativity to deliver high-end congress and event planning services across all industries.
She holds a degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Toxicology from the University of Surrey. Additionally, she earned an MBA in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent Business School and pursued a scholarship-funded specialization in Public Relations at City University of London. She also holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing & Social Media, further enhancing her ability to develop and implement cutting-edge communication strategies.
With years of experience in key strategic roles within Greek and multinational medical technology companies, Katerina has led successful marketing and sales teams, leveraging both her scientific background and strategic mindset.
Eventure was born from her passion for creation and growth, but also from the belief that it is never too late to turn a dream into reality. The name itself reflects this vision: "Event" + "Venture" = A bold journey into the world of events. It represents an aspiration that became a reality through like-minded people who dared to innovate, evolve, and take on new challenges. Thanasis Tsirikos is an entrepreneur with a passion for excellence in event planning and congress organization. As the co-owner of Eventure, he ensures the creation of high-level experiences that exceed every client's expectations.
Holding a degree in Chemistry from the University of Patras and an MBA in Business Administration from the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE), he initially pursued a career in the healthcare sector. However, his love for entrepreneurship and business growth lead him to senior executive roles within leading multinational medical technology companies, where he gained extensive expertise in business management, event planning, and strategic partnerships.
Driven by a commitment to innovation and excellence, Thanasis co-founded Eventure to deliver cutting-edge and unforgettable event experiences. Eventure specializes in the seamless organization of all types of congresses and events – medical, scientific, corporate, academic, and professional. With a strong focus on precision, innovation, and personalized experiences, Eventure delivers services that make every event unique, impactful, and truly memorable.

Moira Briki graduated from the Classic Literature Department at Sorbonne University in Paris, earning a postgraduate degree in Comparative Literature. She began her career in translation and administration at the European Commission’s Joint Interpretation and Translation Department in Brussels before transitioning into marketing and event coordination.
With over 15 years of experience in corporate communication and congress event planning, she has held key roles in project management, overseeing high-profile conferences and business events. Her expertise in logistics, strategic coordination, and client relations allows her to deliver seamless event experiences.
Today, as a Project & Event Manager at Eventure, she brings her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience to ensure the successful planning and execution of corporate and scientific conferences.

Moira Briki

Stelina Gurusi holds a degree in Management and Economics of Tourism Businesses from the University of Western Attica and a Master’s Degree in "Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Tourism."
With a strong foundation in conference organization, she gained valuable experience in coordinating scientific events early in her career. From 2016 to 2021, she worked in customer service for a leading restaurant group, refining her skills in communication, client relations, and operational management.
In January 2022, she joined Eventure, where she now serves as a Project & Event Manager. In this role, she expertly manages complex projects, ensuring the seamless execution of high-standard events and conferences. Her ability to handle logistics, oversee project timelines, and coordinate diverse teams makes her an invaluable asset in delivering outstanding event experiences.

Fanis Kotsis is a graduate of the School of Management & Economics, Department of Tourism Management, at the University of West Attica, where he graduated at the top of his class.
With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has held key positions as an F&B Manager and Duty Manager in leading hotels in Athens. His expertise spans event planning, operational management, customer service excellence, and meticulous attention to detail.
Driven by his passion for innovation and data-driven decision-making, he pursued a Level 3 Professional Certificate in Business Intelligence from G.S.I.C via Credly. He firmly believes that bold career moves and continuous knowledge acquisition are essential components of professional growth and success.
He joined Eventure in April 2024 as a Project & Event Coordinator, where he applies his analytical skills, strategic thinking, and customer-centric approach to ensure the seamless execution of conferences and corporate events.

With a passion for travel, people, and authentic experiences, Natasa Tsoukaraki has built her professional path in the fields of hospitality and tourism. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Business Administration from the University of Piraeus T.T., and a Master’s Degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Tourism from the University of West Attica.
She brings extensive experience in front office management, customer service, and the support of tourism and digital services. Natasa has worked in hotels and tourism enterprises, taking on key roles both in reception and in the operational coordination of daily activities.
As a Project & Event Coordinator at Eventure, she contributes to the planning and execution of events with attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude—always ensuring that each project delivers an exceptional experience for clients and participants alike.

Natasa Tsoukaraki
Project & Event Coordinator

Olga Kollia completed her studies in 2001, specializing in Fashion Management and Merchandising.
With a career spanning business administration since 1995, she has worked with globally recognized brands such as Lancôme and Chanel in the USA. In 1999, she took on the role of Director at the Burberry Boutique in Washington and was soon promoted to Regional Director for the Mid-Eastern USA states.
From 2001 to 2008, after returning to Greece, she served as Retail Clothing Manager for Harley Davidson, overseeing 17 stores and managing sales, operations, and human resources. She later took on key managerial roles in the fashion, decoration, and food industries, further developing her expertise in sales growth, business development, and team leadership.
In 2023, she transitioned into Human Resources as a Recruiter before joining Eventure as a Project & Event Coordinator. Bringing her extensive experience and leadership skills, she plays a vital role in planning and executing high-level corporate and scientific events with efficiency and precision.

Olga Kollia

Sandy Karena graduated from the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology at the University of Athens, specializing in Philosophy. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management from the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE) and a Global Master in Business Administration from Collège de Paris.
She began her career as a Philologist but soon transitioned into management and education. From 2000 to 2019, she held key positions in a major Greek organization, initially as an Assistant Training & Development Manager and later as a Project Manager. With over 20 years of experience in event organization, management, and coordination, she specializes in strategic project execution, client-centered solutions, and goal achievement.
Her journey at Eventure began in 2021 as an Administrative Operations Coordinator, and she now holds the position of Operations & Compliance Manager, playing a crucial role in the successful organization of scientific and corporate conferences.

She graduated from the Department of Tourism Management of the School of Management and Economics, where she focused on advanced travel systems. Since 2000, she has been immersed in the world of tourism, dedicated to crafting exceptional travel experiences.

With over 30 years of experience in graphic design, Rania Papapetrou possesses deep expertise in creative design and visual communication.
She graduated from the PETRA College of Graphic Arts, and her passion for graphic design led her early on to work as an apprentice in a printing house. There, she gained hands-on experience in every stage of production, from initial client interaction to the final printed product. This two-year experience reinforced her belief that when you choose a profession you love, you never work a single day in your life.
Her professional journey includes:
- 4 years at an advertising agency, specializing in brochures and fashion magazines.
- 4 years at a publishing company producing children's and youth kiosk magazines.
- 13 years (2001-2014) as a freelancer, collaborating with publishing houses, advertising agencies, associations, and independent clients, delivering high-end creative projects.
Since 2014, she has been focusing on conference and corporate print design, developing high-quality visual solutions for professional and scientific events.
In 2021, she enthusiastically joined the EVENTURE team, believing that in life, one must move forward with courage, inspiration, and creativity.

Despoina Kagkelidi is a graduate of the School of Applied Arts and Culture, specializing in Graphic Design and Visual Communication at the University of Western Attica. Additionally, she has a strong background in music, having completed 16 years of piano studies and theoretical music courses.
During her studies, she completed an internship at Eventure, gaining valuable hands-on experience in visual communication and digital media design. Her creativity, keen eye for detail, and dedication led her to become an integral part of Eventure’s creative team. She continues to evolve professionally, delivering innovative and impactful design solutions for high-profile scientific and corporate events.
Her expertise in branding, visual storytelling, and digital media ensures the creation of compelling event identities that enhance participant engagement and elevate the overall event experience.

With over 30 years of experience in finance and business administration, she played a pivotal role in the development of the family-owned commercial and industrial company, where she worked across multiple departments, gaining extensive expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and operational management. Her strategic insights significantly enhanced the company’s efficiency and financial sustainability.
In 2022, following company’s merger with the multinational "Kleemann," she transitioned into the role of Financial Analyst, refining her skills in financial reporting and strategic decision-making. In 2024, she joined Eventure as Finance Manager, where she leverages her extensive experience to drive financial growth, optimize resource allocation, and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
With a strong commitment to precision, analytical thinking, and strategic vision, she contributes significantly to the financial stability and expansion of Eventure.

Christina Vekyri holds a Degree in European Culture from the Hellenic Open University. She has experience in conference and corporate event organization, as well as in financial and administrative management.
Throughout her career in the conference and tourism sector, she has undertaken roles requiring strong organizational and coordination skills, collaborating with scientific and corporate institutions. Her experience covers a wide range of responsibilities, from communication with suppliers and clients to financial monitoring and contract management.
Since 2025, Christina has been part of the Eventure team as Finance & Contracts Coordinator, contributing to the financial consistency, organizational efficiency, and smooth operation of the company’s projects, always with professionalism and a team spirit.
